1. Q: What is the minimum Order(MOQ)?
A: If some goods are ready,No Moq,if not ready.Moo:1000m/colour.
2. Q: What is the sample time and production time?
A: Sample time:5-8 days.If ready goods,usually need 3-5 days to pack good.If not ready,usually need 15-20 days to make.
3. Q: Can you please offer me the best price based on our order quantity?
A: Sure,we always offer customer our factory direct selling price based on customer's order quantity which is very competitive,and benefit our customer a lot.
4. Q: Can you make it based on our design?
A: Yes,sure,just send us design sample.
During the dyeing process, we use good reactive dyeing to keep our fabric good colourfastness. Our this soil release fabric can reach 3-4 grades in color fastness in washing. 3-4 grades in dry grinding, 2-3 grades in wet grinding. If you like the spot soil release fabric we made for McDonalds, we can send you samples(shipping at your own expense), arrange packing with in 24 hours, delivery time within 7-12days.
Starting from the grey fabric, we insist on strict inspection, and keep re-inspection during the dyeing process, finally, after the finished product arrived warewhouse, we will inspect it by the American standard four-point system. During the whole process, we will cut it up if we find any defect fabric, we never leave it to our customers. This is our inspection process.
